SHUSHANTH LINGARAJU
Taking inspiration from my father, I was inspired very early in my life towards having a fit body and mind not just for me but also for society. That’s my story to enable and support people to achieve “Fitness as a Way of Life”.
- Karnataka Fitness Academy (KFA) Certified Fitness Trainer.
- ACE Certified Personal Fitness Trainer.
- 15+ years of experience as an Athlete (Martial Arts).
- Participated and won several Medals in State, National, and International Competitions.
- 5+ years of experience as a Fitness Trainer.
DR. PRARTHANA KULKARNI
An ayurvedic physician and yoga consultant by profession, also a trainee of coach Shushanth from the past 5 years. Being a doctor and fitness enthusiast, I am onboard with TeamShushanth to guide all the members through LNSY – Lifestyle, Nutrition, Supplements and Yoga.
- BAMS, MS (Yoga Consultant)
- 12+ years as an Ayurvedic Physician at Patanjali, Jayanagar.
- 2+ years as a Freelance Yoga Therapy Consultant in Tokyo, Japan.
- Specialist in Stress Management Techniques through Ayurveda and Yoga.
